If I'm small, well educated and tranquil, I can accompany my owner free of charge. I'm not allowed in the restaurant, on the beach or beside the pool. If I cause any damage my owner is responsible and will have to pay damages. I will always be kept on a lead and, if I'm large, I'll wear a muzzle.
